Summer Leadership Institute, July 14 and 15, 2023
This two-day conference features a dual focus on best practices for school boards and the health, wellness and safety of students. On Friday, July 14, attendees will learn about school safety and student health topics, including youth mental health, the role of architecture in safe schools, the prevention of student injury and cybersecurity. The next day, Saturday, July 15, will feature governance tracks for new and experienced board members. Topics will include school finance, the onboarding of new school board members, public records, governance for continuous improvement and a legislative update. This unique two-day training opportunity is your chance to learn from experts, become a more informed school board member and network with colleagues from across the state.

Enjoy a relaxing dinner networking with colleagues from around the state.
Then listen to a captivating talk about the impressive history of innovation among Green Bay-area companies and learn about why that growth appears to have slowed today. Phil Hauck, a former Wall Street Journal reporter who spent 30 years facilitating CEO groups, will deliver a light and fun inquiry into the nature of innovation and how it helps organizations succeed.
